Peter Grainge has been grazing Scottish Highland cattle on 15 acres of pasture since 2013 and He is slowly bringing the farm back into production. 
Topics to be discussed include:
  •  soil sampling to understand fertility
  •  pasture renovation
  •  forage quality and testing
  •  pasture rotation.
