Produce Auction Meeting

What is a produce auction?
It is an auction where farmers can bring their products (fruits, vegetables, flowers, hay, straw,
ect.) to sell at a competitive bid. The intent of a produce auction is so farmers can spend less time marketing and more time growing the product with getting a premium price.

What is the purpose of this meeting?
This meeting is intended to explore the opportunity of starting a produce auction in northern New
York.
