Join us for a two-day workshop with hands-on training in Bovine Artificial Insemination. This program will be specifically targeted towards dairy farmers and farmworkers who are looking to learn to breed cows.
Space will be limited! Pre-registration will be required and walk-in's will not be accepted. Registration link to come.
Topics to be covered:
- Bovine reproductive anatomy and physiology
- Heat detection
- Artificial insemination techniques
- Proper semen thawing
- Loading artificial insemination guns
- Breeding cows (hands-on practice)
