This is the first of three in-person Value-Added Dairy Processing discussion groups in Western NY. We're grateful for Eden Valley Creamery (5/3), for hosting us. We'll start each visit with a light lunch at Noon, a tour of our host site, and then ample time for Q&A and group discussion until 2pm.
Registration for these is required and limited. Value-Added Dairy Tour participants from the trip in March will have priority to join us - but still be sure to RSVP soon. Register by calling/texting Margaret Quaassdorff (585-405-2567) or Katelyn Walley (716-640-1095).
Please reach out with any questions or concerns (or to register)!
