CCE Regional Dairy Specialists and PRO-Dairy have teamed together to bring interactive, hands-on workshops focusing on the five trainings required annually by FARM 4.0.  These topics include: calf care, stockmanship, euthanasia, fitness for transport and non-ambulatory cattle management.  We will also provide an update on FARM 5.0 requirements, which become active July 1, 2024.

Offered in English and Spanish.  NOTE: This page is for the English speaking sign ups only.  If you are registering a Spanish-speaker, please register under the separate link available on our events page. 

Who Should Attend:

  • Dairy farmworkers with animal care responsibilities that want to learn more, gain hands-on experience, and receive continuing education credits.
  • Dairy farm owners or managers that want to learn more about the FARM Animal Care Program and receive continuing education credits.

  • FARM Animal Care Program Version 5.0 Updates
  • Physical exam and non-ambulatory cow management
  • Dairy stockmanship (heifers)
