Thank you for your interest in our webinar on Value Added Dairy Production. Due to a variety of factors, we're going to cancel this evening's "live" presentation. We will, however, share a recording of the webinar late next week which will include what we had planned to present along with addressing the questions you may have pre-submitted.
If you previously registered, shortly, you'll receive another automatic email from Zoom confirming this cancellation. Rest assured, we will still email you the recording.
Thank you for your understanding and please don't hesitate to reach out with any questions or concerns!

Update: A FREE recording of a webinar for anyone interested in diversifying or vertically integrating their business to include on-farm value-added dairy processing. Our discussion will introduce market availability and considerations, business planning and goals, and an overview of New York State regulations and compliance.
With the current volatile dairy market, rising input costs, and continued challenges in commercial dairy production, farm owners are looking for new ways to improve their profitability. For farms interested in diversifying or vertically integrating their business, one option could be on-farm processing of raw milk into value-added goods or bottled fluid milk for sale. Cornell Cooperative Extension and Cornell University CALS Dairy Foods experts are coming together to present this webinar to discuss the business considerations and regulatory requirements of value-added dairy processing. This is the first in a series of programs surrounding value-added dairy processing resulting from a recent grant funded by NE-DBIC.
SPEAKERS:
Anika Gianforte, Dairy Processing and Marketing Specialist; Cornell CALS Dairy Foods Extension
Katelyn Walley-Stoll, Farm Business Management Specialist; CCE Southwest NY Dairy, Livestock and Field Crops Team
HOST:
Margaret Quaassdorff, Dairy Management Specialist; CCE Northwest NY Dairy, Livestock and Field Crops Team
