Please Join us September 30^th for a pasture walk and discussion at Binksberry Hollow, 4250 Chestnut Road in Wilson, from 6-8 PM. Binksberry Hollow has been providing custom butchery services for years but now is setting up the farm to pasture chickens, pigs, and beef cattle. We will look at Silvopasture for pigs along Twelvemile creek, and pasture area for meat chickens. The walk will finish with a tour of slaughtering facilities and education facility where customers are shown how to cook and utilize food from the farm.

Binksberry Hollow has received guidance from the Niagara County & Northwest NY Dairy, Livestock & Field Crops Team, Cornell Cooperative Extension, Niagara County Soil and Water Conservation District, and Natural Resources Conservation Services. Together they have planned this pasture walk as an educational opportunity for all.
