Become an Effective On-the-Job Trainer!
When employees have the right knowledge, skills and attitude to do the job right, it:

- Avoids problems
- Engages employees
- Reduces turnover
This hands-on workshop uses the following system:
TELL: describe the procedure and why it's important
SHOW: demonstrate the procedure and emphasize key points
DO: allow the learner to try to answer any questions
REVIEW: are the steps in the procedure done correctly?
After the workshop you will be able to:
· Plan for organized and effective trainings

Trainings are conducted simultaneously in English and Spanish

Due to the unprecedented winter storm that recently impacted travel conditions across the region and U.S., combined with extreme cold temperatures and associated safety concerns, Forage Congress was postponed out of an abundance of caution. This decision was made with the safety of our participants, speakers, staff, and venue partners as the highest priority.
We are pleased to officially announce that Forage Congress has been rescheduled for Thursday, March 12, 2026, and will be held at The Nunda Ranch as originally planned.
