In-person Summit Registration Fee ($30/person for current HVTP members) covers speakers fees, facility rental and meals (no outside food is permitted in the space, gluten-free and vegan options available). Participants are responsible for their own parking charges. The state-mandated limit to number of people allowed to attend was lifted to 300, but all safety protocols at the time of the event will be enforced. The Summit will also take place on Zoom; and there is no cost to current HVTP members to register to attend virtually. Emerging textile industry professionals and young and beginning fiber farmers are encouraged to apply, as well as members of traditionally under-represented communities.
If you are not currently a member, then you will need to join as part of your Summit Registration. Hudson Valley Textile Project, Inc. (a NYS non-profit corporation) dues are $75/year. There are many member benefits in addition to the annual Summit Registration. See details on www.hvtextileproject.org.
This year's Summit will also feature a Member Makers Market where up to 30 participants can set up a 1/2 table (tables provided) display of materials, designs, products and services for wholesale or cash-and-carry retail to other participants.
