Week 1: Tuesday, February 4 from 10:00am - Noon at CCE Niagara
- Introduction to Precision Agriculture
- Components of Precision Ag Equipment
- Agricultural management philosophy
Week 2: Tuesday, February 18 from 10:00am - Noon at CCE Niagara
- Precision soil sampling vs. grid sampling
- Soil electric conductivity (EC) and how to measure It
- Site specific management and variable rate applications
- Principles of mapping and its importance to PA
Week 3: Thursday, March 5, 2020 from 10:00am - Noon at CCE Niagara
- Introduction to NDVI
- Economics of using Precision Agriculture
- Methodology and evaluation Precision Agriculture
