As the Administrative Assistant with the NWNY Dairy, Livestock and Field Crops Team. I am responsible for providing a wide variety of complex clerical, administrative, computer, and publishing activities in support of the team leader and specialists comprising of our 10 county region that we serve.

• Assist team leader and specialists by handling a variety of personal contacts; answer queries if able or put the person in contact with the right person who can answer the question. Consult with staff on department policies, procedures, and guidelines.
  
  
• Process billings and invoices for reimbursement activity for the team.
  
  
• Assist team leader and specialists by working with them to develop details for large and small meetings or programs; set up sites and arrange for catering, transportation, and accommodations as needed. Coordinate advertising, conduct participant pre-registration and registrations at the meetings or programs at various locations throughout the ten-county region.

• Development and maintenance of the website for the regional program.
